REGULATORY STANDARDS THAT APPLY TO THIS WORKSHOP:

The regulatory statutes for making hydric soil determinations as compiled in Field Indicators for Identifying Hydric Soils in New England, Version 3 (NEIWPCC, 2004) remain valid for use in certain situations.
Generally, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE) require Field Indicators of Hydric Soils in the United States Version 7.0
Updated 2012 National Wetland Plant List available May 15, 2012: the updated National Wetland Plant List (NWPL) indicator status reflects the likelihood that a particular plant occurs in a wetland or upland.
